One of the main objectives of this project was to ensure the ecological sustainability of the building, including its architectural features, load bearing structures and automation systems. The project combined functional efficiency with a high level of environmental compatibility by using alternative, non-traditional energy solutions to minimise environmental impact.
The energy derived from the photovoltaic installation is used to power the building’s common electrical services (e.g. lifts, lighting, and common area heating).
